Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your experience with Love Me Skin.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Because our products are made to order and for personal use, we can only accept returns if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
If that happens, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at customerservice@lovemeskin.com with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges, but if you’d like a different item, we’ll help you place a new order once your return is processed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.
